2. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible refund requests:

- Product key is invalid or non-functional
- License key was already used before delivery
- Wrong product delivered due to our error
Exchange with 30% Restocking Fee (Before Activation):
- Ordered wrong product by mistake
- Want to switch to a different product
- Change of mind
- Duplicate purchase
Remaining 70% added to store wallet as credits.
Not Eligible:
- License has been activated or used
- Failure to meet system requirements
- Request made after 14-day window
